Detox day 3 breakfast: full fat Greek yoghurt, blueberries, raspberries, oats and clear honey … and it was delicious!

Yesterday I averted course slightly, it was a long day, everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. I skipped a meal, too, which was not planned. Back on track today as I’ve had a chance to get caught up on missed sleep.
