Yesterday I just had to. The important thing is to not keep doing it. Now I’ve caved to my cravings, staring at the leftovers I don’t even want another one because I felt so sh*t and bloated afterwards. All that bread/dough and refined sugars really is no good for you in any way shape or form, not to mention the dehydration that followed – I thought only salty food did that but I was wrong!
