I really struggled shifting weight this last week, despite my eating patterns not changing and being more active. I had to take on a more brutal shift toward having only one meal a day for a couple of days to ensure I actually lose anything at all. -3lbs is the result. Not great, but still a step in the right direction.

I think the biggest achievement here is breaking the 300lb barrier.
