Shortly after I got snacky-as-hell and proceeded to consume well in excess of 3000 kcals over the space of 3 hours.

It started with apple juice. Then tomato soup. Then some biltong and droewors followed by salami and cheese. Then peanuts. Trying to keep the protein and fat ratios way up.

I also had some mad carb cravings. They were soon seen to by some red pepper pita chips and hummus.

Oh it has been a feast!
