40lb Challenge Day 5… I didn’t mean to have a weigh in until Monday after a full 7 week on a half #keto half #intermittentfasting style diet but the scales were on the floor this morning ready to read me my results… And… I’m 10lbs down so far!

Boom!

Also, I celebrated with some 85% chocolate… although part of the reason for that was to get a little more fibre in today.
